What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot sewer and drain line blockages and determine the appropriate service solution.

• Operate augers, drain cleaning machines, hydro jetting systems, and sewer cameras.

• Conduct sewer camera inspections to evaluate line conditions and identify service needs.

• Explain recommended repair and service options to customers in a professional manner.

• Complete service documentation accurately.

• Keep your assigned company vehicle organized and prepared for daily calls.

• Take part in scheduled on call and weekend rotations.

• Support plumbing services, sewer repairs, and excavation projects as needed.

• Travel to residential and light commercial job sites throughout Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding service area.

What You Need

• At least 3 years of experience in drain cleaning, sewer service, or plumbing.

• Hands on experience operating drain cleaning machines and sewer cameras.

• Experience installing and replacing toilets, as well as repairing or replacing disposals, faucets, and traps, is preferred.

• Experience using hydro jetting equipment is preferred.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work independently while providing professional customer service.

• Ability to lift equipment and perform service work in residential and light commercial environments.
