OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patients’ independence in daily living, mobility, and self-care. You will educate patients and families, document progress, ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
