RN Manager Case Management

HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Manager Case Management to lead a team of case managers focused on safe, efficient, and patient-centered care transitions. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily case management operations, guide utilization review, and ensure timely discharge planning across interdisciplinary teams. You will monitor metrics, drive quality and regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and payers to optimize length of stay, reduce readmissions, and support patients and families through the continuum of care.
