About the Clinicians Workday
Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients in a correctional facility setting, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Clinical responsibilities include injury management, acute illness treatment, follow-up visits, physicals, complicated chronic care management, urgent care, and minor procedures, with an expected caseload of 2-14 patients per day. Required credentials include an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board certification (negotiable), BLS, Washington state license, DEA registration, COVID vaccination, and prescriptive authority. On-site support staff includes nurses and CNAs to assist with daily clinical operations, and credentialing for this position is estimated at 1-2 weeks.
