Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Indiana Occupational Therapy State License is required to start the position.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Position Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours / week
  • Flexibility on hours & 4-5 day work weeks depending on availability and interest
