Inventory Associate

Servco Toyota Honolulu Pre-Owned is looking for an Inventory Associate to help us stay organized and manage our inventory of vehicles. This is a great entry level auto dealership position that could lead to advancement opportunities in our parts, sales or service departments!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate inventory vehicle list across the dealership, including organizing and maintaining the key system

• Ensure the dealership lot is organized appropriately and vehicles are presentable

• Produce accurate and timely purchase orders for vendors

• Process vendor invoices in a timely manner

• Maintain vehicle reconditioning logs

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Minimum one year of clerical experience

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Automotive knowledge, inventory, and Craigslist ad creation experience a plus
