Sitter for Date Nights

We're seeking a dependable, caring babysitter for our three kids, 8, 2, and 1, for date nights two to three evenings per month. Shifts are around three hours, usually between 6pm and 11 PM. Since we're new to this, we'll begin with an interview and a few paid meet-and-greet visits with our family before the first date night. Responsibilities include supervising play, serving our pre-made meals, helping with bedtime, and having the kids tidy the living room (mostly putting away toys).
