PT Server Assistant - Osage

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is vital in ensuring seamless service by supporting servers and maintaining a clean, organized dining environment. The position is responsible for assisting with table setup, clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and delivering food items.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensures dining areas are clean, stocked, and well maintained before, during and after services.
• Upholds all health, safety and sanitation guidelines.   
• Maintains a smooth flow of service by clearing, cleaning and resetting tables efficiently.
• Deliver food orders promptly and correctly ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
• Communicates effectively to ensure timely, accurate and satisfactory service.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required:    High School Diploma or Equivalent or be currently enrolled in High School / GED program

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• N/A

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regularly walks, stands, and lifts up to 50 lbs.

Seldom/never sits or works on a computer.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.
