Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN
Shifts Available: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

  • Complete timely and accurate nursing documentation

  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, residents, and families

  • Promote resident dignity, safety, and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

  • Compassionate, reliable, and a strong team player
