Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Homecare Experience
• Oasis Experience
• Physical Therapy License

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Coverage area includes Westborough, Shrewsbury, Northborough, Bolton, Hudson, Marlborough, and Framingham
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
