Full job description

The Sr. Production Team Member coordinates daily production activities and workforce allocation within the assigned area, ensuring material availability, adherence to safety and quality requirements, and serving as the first point of contact for operators. This role supports escalation of production issues and the training and development of team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily production activities and workforce allocation.
  • Responsible for material availability at station.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for operators.
  • Escalate production issues and coordinate resolutions (within Escalation Matrix).
  • Support training and development of team members (Qualimatrix).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Coordinator or Production Manager.
  • Line / Production Duties

    As this role also works on the production line as a team member, it performs the same hands-on tasks as a Production Team Member, including:

  • Insert and remove materials/components into and out of machinery as required.
  • Confirm good parts, rejected parts, and parts requiring rework.
  • Confirm machine cycle time and downtime, including reasons for deviations, in the defined ERP system.
  • Operate and monitor industrial washing line equipment to clean parts.
  • Load and unload components on the washing line using manual or mechanical handling tools.
  • Pack and label produced parts per defined specifications.
  • Record production data, including part counts, cleaning cycles, and non-conformances.
  • Other duties, as assigned
