ChristianaCare seeks candidates for the Nurse Residency Summer 2027: Postpartum Track. This structured, year-long program supports new graduate RNs transitioning into postpartum nursing. Residents will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to postpartum patients and newborns, perform assessments, administer medications, support lactation and family education, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. The program offers precepted clinical shifts, classroom learning, simulation, and professional mentoring in a culture focused on excellence, teamwork, diversity, and continuous learning.
