Community Outreach Manager – Mental Health Services

Columbia Mental Health in Washington, DC seeks an Outreach Manager to expand access to our psychiatric and therapeutic services. You will build and manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, community organizations, and schools; coordinate outreach events and educational workshops; and develop referral pathways that connect individuals to care. In this inclusive, collaborative setting, you’ll work closely with clinical and administrative teams, track outreach metrics, support digital campaigns, and help shape innovative strategies that improve mental health outcomes across the community.
