About the job:
As a Credit Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving our company’s financial health by managing customer accounts, establishing lines of credit, and resolving overdue accounts and customer disputes—all while maximizing cash flow. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers, ensure a positive experience, and uphold our Corporate Credit Policy.
This is a hybrid position located in Richmond, VA. This position has multiple openings.
As a part of the team, you will:
- Ensure that the local credit policy is followed and contribute to improvements.
- Conduct credit investigations; evaluate and review the credit worthiness of customers to minimize the organization’s credit risk.
- Perform the collection activity to ensure that overdues are kept to a minimum.
- Monitor the status of individual credit accounts so that problem debts can be quickly identified and addressed.
- Collaborate with counterparts in the finance processes (e.g. Finance Shared Service Center personnel or personnel within Local Finance).

What you know:
You have a Bachelor’s degree (in Finance or Business preferred) or equivalent years of experience and:
- 5+ years of relevant credit and collection experience in a complex global organization supporting multiple industries, Business Units and entities, collection knowledge of manufacturing environment and purchase orders
- Proficient analytical, credit analysis, and collection skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to outstanding customer service and support
- Ability to handle multiple tasks within a fluctuating workload
- Ability to work with all levels of management and marketing/sales departments
- Experience using online collections tools (i.e., Get Paid, HighRadius)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
- Knowledge of accounts receivable sub-ledger transactions
- Demonstration of sound business judgment and shared values
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus but not required
