Are you a seasoned professional ready to make a significant impact on a large-scale infrastructure project? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join a program team that is shaping the future of energy delivery. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive innovation, optimize processes, and contribute to a multi-year roadmap that will enhance service reliability and efficiency for communities across multiple states. You will directly influence the success and longevity of foundational infrastructure upgrades by ensuring technical solutions align with critical business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Stay abreast of the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Gather and analyze deployment requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings effectively.
- Document and communicate the results of your efforts to stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and the program management team.
- Gather critical deployment information from various stakeholders to align deployment interdependencies.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, operations, and managerial staff.
- Ensure deployment solutions meet defined business needs and requirements.
- Communicate technical specification changes and document progress against planned milestones.
- Develop integration test plans for infrastructure systems across internal and external environments.
- Perform data mapping from client server applications based on end-user requirements.
- Execute end-user acceptance testing as a key member of the project team.
- Validate data across an IT architecture solution, ensuring end-to-end integrity.
- Update and maintain best practices and procedures for infrastructure.
- Prioritize initiatives based on critical business needs and requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between program stakeholders and end-users.
- Guide standardization and IT testing best practices with cross-functional teams.
- Adhere to change management and sustainability internal practices.
- Evaluate business processes related to infrastructure devices, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies related to deployment for the long-term program benefit.
- Monitor and report project stakeholder changes across workstreams.
What You’ll Bring
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Solid knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Strong ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Strong ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Previous experience with standard business applications and data analysis tools.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or a relevant field is required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
