Full job description

Senior Specialist, Reconciliation

The Managed Accounts Solutions team is looking for a Senior Specialist, Reconciliation, for their Wealth Operations platform, based in Berwyn Pennsylvania. Office based, 4 days in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to cash and securities for Retail SMA accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Trading, Corporate Actions, New Accounts, and Client Services teams, to research and resolve reconciliation breaks.
  • Ensure accurate trade allocations and bookings across multiple asset classes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external trading teams to maintain comprehensive and efficient reconciliation processes.
  • Perform daily and periodic reconciliations to validate data integrity and account accuracy.
  • Escalate and document unresolved issues promptly while maintaining strong communication with impacted teams.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives aimed at reducing reconciliation exceptions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income products within an asset management environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities when working across multiple business lines.
