BreakThrough Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based practices to improve mobility, function, and pain management. You’ll develop individualized care plans, collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team, and provide patient and family education.
