* 24-hour in-house call shifts
* 3 - 5 patients seen per call shift
* 1 - 2 admissions per shift
* Facility delivers approximately 1,000 births per year
* High and low risk OB required -- includes VBAC, breech, multiple births
* Full OB ultrasound skills required -- Level I and Level II
* Surgical gyn required -- open and laparoscopic
* Hospital privileges required
* We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
* We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
* We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
