Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: Hospital-setting Cardiac Cath/IR more than 3 years.

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

Unit Details: Common diagnoses/types of patients: compression FX, venous access, hydronephrosis, chest pain, PHTN, SOB, gastric ulcer, PE, DVT. Job duties: intra-procedural circulating, supplies, medication administration, sedation. Uses Apollo cardiac charting. Very versatile lab that primarily performs IR with cardiac inpatient add-ons and is prepared for STEMIs, to treat up to IABP to stabilize.

Shift & Scheduling: On-call required. Weeknight call requirements: minimum 10 shifts. Weekend call requirements: minimum 2 weekends (1 IR and 1 Cardiac). Holiday call required. On-call hours: 1600-0700 weekdays; 0730-0730 weekends. Call response time: 30 minutes from IMC, ASAP to LKS/MCB/Bergan.

Floating Requirements: Floating required daily and on-call as needed.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
