Full job description
Our client, a leading logistics and customer service organization, is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Location: Olathe, KS
Pay Range: 19.00 - 19.50 depending on the experience and shift
Shift: Shifts will be either 9 am - 5 pm, 10 am - 6 pm, or 11 am - 7 pm. Shift times can be discussed further in the interview.
What's the Job?
- Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support
- Monitor delivery routes and assist with route-related inquiries
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
- Communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure satisfaction
What's Needed?
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
- Solid multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
