Physical Therapist

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist – Digital Health Specialist to deliver exceptional outpatient rehab using both in-clinic and virtual care. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and leverage telehealth and remote monitoring tools to support patient progress. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document care in our EMR, and participate in ongoing education.
