In this inpatient rehabilitation role, you will combine direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, overseeing occupational therapy services that promote safe, meaningful recovery and independence. You will mentor therapists, coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans, support quality and compliance initiatives, and foster a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment aligned with our mission of high-quality, patient-centered care and strong professional growth opportunities.
