State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) - Lyndhurst, Ohio
Join our dedicated team at The Avenue at Lyndhurst, a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility that offers a unique and exceptional experience for our residents. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate physical, medical, emotional, and spiritual care to our residents.
About the Role:
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at The Avenue at Lyndhurst, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Your duties will include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing basic nursing care, including vital sign checks and reporting changes to licensed nurses
Assisting with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents as needed
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
