Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Associate Counselor to provide high-quality outpatient mental health services to individuals, couples, and families in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based, client-centered therapy in person and via telehealth, complete intakes and treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation. You’ll collaborate with a supportive clinical team, receive ongoing supervision and professional development, enjoy flexible scheduling, and help expand access to ethical, inclusive, and effective mental healthcare in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
