24-hour in-house shifts -- 2 consecutive days max, then 24-hour rest
4 shifts per month
Census of 7 patients
Level II nursery setting
Accepts babies down to 30 weeks gestation
No well-baby coverage -- Level II only
Hospital privileges required
Board certification required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
