All Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking a PM&R Pain physician to assist with locums coverage in Wisconsin. Job details include:
- Coverage: ASAP-ongoing
- 7a-3p / 4-5 days per month
- Office visits, follow-up visits, procedures
- Level 4 Trauma
- 15 PPD
- EMR: Epic
- Board Certified
- Active WI license or IMLC required
