Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas. Serves as clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the Join our team as a Clinical Coordinator (RN) and help lead daily patient care operations while supporting nursing staff and unit performance.

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient placement and staff assignments.
  • Support nursing staff with patient care, workflow, and unit activities.
  • Assist with staff orientation, education, and ongoing training.
  • Oversee clinical operations and respond to changes in patient conditions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental goals.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, productivity, and resource management.
  • Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, staffing, and operational needs.
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and a safe patient care environment.
  • Perform direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the applicable state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of 1 year of charge nurse experience.
  • Current BLS and NRP certifications.
  • BSN preferred.
