Security Supervisor-Lieutenant

***THE WORK LOCATION FOR THIS POSITION IS GRACE MEDICAL CENTER***

Summary:

Provides first line assistant supervisory capabilities within the Security/Courier Services Department to meet and achieve organizational goals and departmental objectives. In the absence of the Shift Captain, serves as the supervisor of the shift.

• Submits accurate written reports and documents findings of investigations.
• Greets and provides assistance to patients, visitors, and employees at entrances and exits.
• Provides effective leadership and guidance for Security Department personnel .

Experience:

• 1-3 years

• High School / GED preferred

• IAHSS Supervisor Certification is preferred or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification is preferred or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
