As we continue to grow, we are looking for a thoughtful, analytical, and collaborative Senior Finance Business Partner, FP&A to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will help leaders understand the financial picture behind the work. You will support budgeting and forecasting, build financial models, review expenses and variances, and prepare reports that help guide business decisions. You will also work closely with department leaders, support the month-end close process, and assist with Power BI dashboards and reporting. This position reports to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budget planning.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to communicate the financial standing of the company to executives and other senior managers.
- Analyze and monitor expenses, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization. Provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison to department managers to assist in making optimal short-term and long-term decisions to improve performance.
- Participate in the month-end close process, including variance analysis and expense reconciliation.
- Assist with the Power BI migration, including, but not limited to, building dashboards and maintaining data accuracy and security.
- Create ad hoc analyses and collaborate with executives and other senior managers as required.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Master’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Strong financial background with working knowledge of financial analytics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to establish priorities, manage competing responsibilities, and communicate with appropriate stakeholders to establish reasonable deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Moderate to advanced Power BI experience required.
