The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a talented Technical Operator to join our team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting efforts to develop technical solutions to secure mobile infrastructure. You will establish alternative solutions to support resilient cyber operations. The Technical Operator in this position supports all technical aspects focused on priority mission requirements. This includes but not limited to conducting technical debriefs, technical efforts in support of cyber operations, and briefs to management as necessary to Sponsor’s mission. Responsibilities:
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS to support mission requirements.
• Draft and coordinate formal correspondence on subject matters and technical operations while collaborating with partners.
• Understanding of cellular network signaling.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes aprocedures related to technical projects.
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and to integrate into a multi-discipline team and take a team-based approach to solving complex problems.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a relevant technical field to the position.
• Active TS/SCI with required polygraph clearance.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and testing of networks leveraging commercial telecommunications technologies.
• Expertise in cellular air-interface and network equipment; and knowledge of cellular network data packet flow from edge equipment through network core to the internet.
• Knowledge of computer network infrastructure devices (routers, switches, etc. and the application of those devices in mobile core enterprise networks).
• Experience with reading and interpreting commercial technical design and engineering documentation related to cellular mobile core technology.
• Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex mission critical ideas to audiences with varied technical and operational background, and at varying seniority levels of the Sponsor’s organization.
Desired:
• Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field to the position.
• Expertise in 5G cellular and knowledge of 3GPP LTE Standards.
• Experience in the commercial telecommunications sector.
• Field operations experience.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in computer and network operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, OSX, Citrix etc.), hardware/network management tools, and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, SMTP, TLS/SSL, etc.)
• Expertise in operational support and system maintenance.
• Ability to successfully pass Sponsor required training.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
