Minimum Qualifications Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active West Virginia physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care preferred.
