Organization:
SSMC-Sutter Solano Medical CenterPosition Overview:
Supervises, organizes and coordinates the overall operation of the team, including staffing and work assignments. Directs, implements and updates policies, procedures and protocols to streamline workflow, improve efficiency, and strengthen radiation protection/safety measures. Ensures the timely delivery of accurate radiation treatments and oversees the efficient maintenance and operation of all radiation therapy equipment. Serves as the liaison between department and staff, physicians, patients, family and other hospital staff. Routinely performs all duties of a lower level staff, as needed. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Other: Graduation from an accredited Radiation Therapy Program
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists
RHTT-Therapeutic Radiologic Technology by the Radiologic Health Branch
OR RHA-Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology by the Radiologic Health Branch
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
8 years of recent relevant experience.

Pay Range is $81.99 to $114.78 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
