Nanny/Childcare Needs

I am looking for a patient, nurturing, and dependable nanny to provide individualized care for my toddler, who has a speech delay and is being evaluated for possible autism. Experience with children with speech delays, or autism disorder needs is strongly preferred. Responsibilities would include engaging in age-appropriate and developmentally supportive play, encouraging communication and language development, practicing skills recommended by therapists or other professionals, maintaining consistent routines, and providing a safe and positive environment. The goal is not simply supervision, but having a caregiver who will actively engage with him and support his continued development.
