What You'll Do
* Provide safe, compassionate care to complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients
* Monitor high-acuity patients and recognize changes in condition
* Manage IV drips, chest tubes, central lines, and advanced telemetry
* Respond quickly and appropriately to changes in patient status
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
* Deliver patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes

What We're Looking For
* Current RN license in Wisconsin or compact-state eligibility
* Interest in cardiac, high-acuity, or critical care nursing
* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
* BLS certification required
* ACLS preferred; training may be available if needed
* New graduate and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply
