The Process Engineer II role focuses on developing, launching, and improving assembly processes, collaborating with engineering teams, and supporting operational efficiencies at their Henderson, NV location.

Role & Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2 -4 years in assembly/process engineering
- Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation
- Strong background in post-launch process improvement
- Hands-on experience with electromechanical systems
- Experience with BOM management and SOP development
- Experience with generators, compressors, or hybrid/energy systems
- Familiarity with ERP / MES / PLM systems
- Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings
- Experience working with Industrial Engineering teams
- Experience using AI tools in a practical work environment is a plus but not required. This role does not require software development or programming experience. We are looking for someone who is open to using AI as a tool to help improve process documentation, standard work, SOPs, work instructions, training materials, PFMEA and control plan drafts, data review, and continuous improvement activities.
- The ideal candidate is curious, practical, and able to use AI tools responsibly while still relying on engineering judgment, shop floor validation, and input from operators and cross functional teams.
- Improve assembly efficiency & throughput
- Reduce defects, rework, and downtime
- Strengthen process robustness (PFMEA) and control effectiveness (Control Plans)
- Increase BOM accuracy and SOP clarity
- Accelerate operator training and productivity
