Full job description

The role is a contract Speech Language Pathologist working with preschool and kindergarten students in North Adams, Massachusetts. The position involves delivering assessments, diagnoses, and therapy while collaborating with educators to develop and monitor individualized education plans. The role supports student communication development and compliance with school and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology assessments, diagnoses, and therapy to preschool and kindergarten students.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).

  • Implement therapy plans and monitor progress regularly.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state regulations.

  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • SLP license.

  • 1 year experience with preschool and kindergarten caseloads.

  • Ability to work days.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Background check required.
