Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Managers in the day-to-day management of high-net-worth client portfolio relationships and associated service needs.
• Prepare and coordinate materials for client and prospect meetings.
• Monitor and oversee portfolio risk measures and assist with portfolio management activities.
• Communicate with clients to support a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Learn the composition and management of diversified investment portfolios.
• Attend client and prospect meetings to gain knowledge of identifying investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial capacity.
• Partner closely with equity and fixed income trading desks to support portfolio management activities.
• Serve as a liaison between Portfolio Managers, line of business partners, compliance partners, and the Chief Investment Office.
• Develop a working knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and current market conditions.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, computer, organizational, and communication skills while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to the delivery of exceptional client service and support the overall objectives of the Private Bank investment team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 or more years of experience in banking or finance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Investment knowledge
• Strong client service and communication skills

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
