Full job description

Manpower is seeking an experienced Master Technician for a premier automotive service organization. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Stellantis vehicles while providing technical leadership and support to the service team. The ideal candidate will have advanced diagnostic expertise, strong communication skills, and current Master Technician certification.

Job Title: Vehicle Technician Master

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Pay Range: $39.69

What’s the Job?

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns on Stellantis vehicles.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting using manufacturer diagnostic systems and tools.
  • Mentor, train, and support junior technicians to improve team performance.
  • Complete thorough vehicle inspections and quality control checks.
  • Maintain accurate repair orders, service records, and documentation.

What’s Needed?

  • 10+ years of automotive technician experience.
  • Current ASE Master Technician Certification.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must provide and maintain your own tools.
