New Grad Registered Nurse Residency

HealthONE is seeking New Grad Registered Nurses for our Denver-based RN Residency Program. As a resident nurse, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while rotating through key clinical areas under the guidance of experienced preceptors. You will perform assessments, administer medications, support procedures, document accurately in the EMR, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. The program includes structured classroom education, simulation labs, and mentored shifts designed to build clinical judgment, strengthen critical thinking, and prepare you for a successful long-term nursing career with HealthONE.
