Solutions Senior Program Manager and Product Lifecycle Stewardship

Description -

Solutions Program Manager:

  • Manage portfolio development across multiple Solutions, collaborating with Product Management prioritizing features, capabilities, and investment decisions.
    • Coordinate with NPI and Solutions program managers to drive integration of core solutions across product platforms.
    • Partner with Lead Architects and Technologists to drive innovation creating customer value and enhanced experiences across the Portfolio.
    • Work with Directors across Print, IQ, SW and Service organizations to coordinate key Solution and program deliveries.
  • Define program strategy, objectives, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into actionable solution roadmaps and development plans.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions from ideation through release and deployment.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Product Management, Print Engineering, Data Telemetry, UX, Software, Firmware, Cloud, and Fleet Manageability teams.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into actionable solution roadmaps and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible AI, privacy, security, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor program health, budget, schedules, resource allocation, and dependencies.
  • Communicate executive-level status, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead customer engagements, pilot programs, proof-of-concepts, and production rollouts.

 

Product Development Lifecycle

  • Own the Enterprise Product Development Lifecycle (PLC) framework from concept through end-of-life.
  • Define and maintain lifecycle processes, phase-gate requirements, deliverables, and governance standards.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of product stewards across the companies General Business Units for coordinating key updates to the Pan Print PLC.
  • Drive consistency across multiple product portfolios, business units, and development organizations.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on product development methodology, roles, responsibilities, and decision authority.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on accelerating time-to-market while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Establish governance, risk management, key checkpoints and escalation frameworks for the business.
  • Evaluate current development processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and scalability.
  • Lead process transformation initiatives supporting Agile, Hybrid, and Stage-Gate development methodologies.
  • Implement best practices for Program Management, governance, product planning, and execution.
  • Drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and operating models.
  • Facilitate organizational change management associated with process improvements.

 

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.

•        Exceptional communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to lead through influence across diverse professional styles and cross- functional teams.

  • Proven "growth mindset" with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the product lifecycle from initial design through end-of-life.
  • Experience working in complex, global, and cross-functional environments

Pay & Benefits

 

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional

opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United

States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related

knowledge, skills, and experience.
