Full job description
We are seeking a LIMS Developer with strong experience in LabVantage for designing, developing, configuring, customizing, deploying, and supporting LIMS solutions. Experience with STARLIMS or LabVIEW will also be considered.
Required Technical/Functional Skills
- Hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS is highly preferred.
- Experience with STARLIMS or LabVIEW may be considered as an alternative.
- Strong experience in LIMS configuration, customization, development, and deployment.
- Proficiency in .NET or Java development.
- Knowledge of LIMS application architecture and master data management.
- Ability to work independently with LIMS modules and functionalities.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging LabVantage/LIMS applications.
- Knowledge of GxP processes and regulated environments.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and support LIMS solutions.
- Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain system procedures, documentation, and master data.
- Support LIMS configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to enhance LIMS functionality.
- Support LIMS modules and related application integrations.
- Ensure solutions align with GxP and applicable quality processes.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to LIMS team members when required.
Preferred Skills
- Pharmaceutical or life sciences project experience.
- Prior experience training or mentoring LIMS teams.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
