Plant Manager III

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead plant operations to achieve safety, production, quality, and financial performance goals.
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, equipment utilization, and resource planning.
  • Develop, coach, and support teams to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure customer needs, operational priorities, and business objectives are met.
  • Monitor plant performance metrics and implement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
