Full job description
The Oncology Clinical Pharmacist Float provides inpatient and outpatient oncology pharmacy services across multiple UCHealth locations. This role supports oncology and bone marrow transplant patients through order verification, sterile compounding, chemotherapy and supportive-care regimen review, and medication counseling. The pharmacist collaborates with oncologists and nurses to optimize therapy, enhance safety, and ensure accurate, timely medication distribution while adapting to varying practice settings and shifts.
