Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule:
Monday to Thursday; flexible schedule available, 3:00pm-7:00pm pm is preferred (onsite only) · Practice Setting:
Outpatient · Scope:
Child and Adolescent · Credentialing Timeframe:
30 Days · State Licensure:
Florida State License · Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible with clean and active Florida State License. Fingerprinting process through the Agency for Health Care Administration (ACHA) is required and use of Avatar Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
