Lead HVAC Service & Sales Technician
Location: Cedar Park, TX
Compensation: $25-$32/hour DOE + 5-10% Commission
Schedule: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Service & Sales Technician to join our growing team in Cedar Park, TX. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned technician who is strong both technically and with customers.
The right candidate will have at least 5 years of HVAC experience , be comfortable diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial systems, and have the communication skills to educate customers and recommend appropriate repair, replacement, and indoor comfort solutions.
Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform thorough system evaluations and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
• Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers
• Identify opportunities for system replacements, upgrades, IAQ products, and other HVAC solutions
• Provide accurate estimates and confidently present options to homeowners
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Maintain company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Serve as an experienced technical resource and help set the standard for quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Strong residential HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Light commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Previous HVAC sales or service-to-sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and presenting options to homeowners
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior military experience is a plus, but not required
• EPA certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-$32/hour , depending on experience
• 5-10% commission
