Residential Advisor – Residential School

Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated Houseparents to live on campus and create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Houseparents support students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
