Job Details

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver in Byron Center, Michigan, earning $30 per hour. This local position offers home daily routes with multiple stops across Michigan and no loading or unloading of product. As a TransForce driving opportunity, this role offers consistent support while you work directly with our client.

This role requires the ability to operate a manual transmission.

Pay & Schedule

  • $30 per hour
  • Estimated $1400 per week
  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Occasional Saturdays
  • 9 hours per day
  • Overtime after 40 hours
  • Home daily in Byron Center, Michigan

What You'll Be Doing

  • Haul empty portable shipping containers to and from residential and commercial locations.
  • Make multiple stops per day across Michigan, with stop volume varying by route.
  • Operate a Kenworth day cab with a manual transmission.
  • Complete daily driver paper logs.

What You Need

  • Valid CDL A
  • 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
  • Manual transmission experience
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old
