Director of Architectural Project Management

Our client is looking for a Director of Project Management overseeing the project management process within the Project Management Office. This role involves strategic leadership ensuring the execution of projects that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Director of Architectural Project Management compensation:

• Hybrid or remote position
• Base salary of $150-180k + commission
• Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement
• PTO, Vacation

Director of Architectural Project Management responsibilities:

• Lead the PMO by developing project management strategies, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives for a nationwide team of project managers
• Oversee project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery while managing project risks
• Manage and allocate project management resources, including domestic and international teams
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate project management staff to build high-performing teams
• Partner with stakeholders and executive leadership, providing project status reporting and ensuring alignment with business objectives

Director of Architectural Project Management qualifications:

• BS or MS in Architecture or Interior Design
• 15 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with Deltek or Vantagepoint
• Experience in managing architectural projects within a nationally distributed team
