Clinicians will provide inpatient and ER cardiovascular disease management during day shift hours, with call coverage required across 4 sites operating under a hub and spoke model. Night call coverage is distributed across all four sites and is not required every night; the majority of after-hours contact consists of consult notifications, which are typically addressed by the team the following day. APPs are available in-house at night across the network, and the ED maintains physician and APP coverage to assist with patient evaluation. Board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases is required for consideration.
