Step Down RN

Registered Nurse – Surgical Step Down at Grand Strand Medical Center provides compassionate, evidence-based care for post-surgical and step-down patients in a fast-paced coastal regional hospital. The RN performs complex assessments, manages cardiac/telemetry monitoring, medications, and post-operative care, and responds rapidly to changes in patient status.
